I’m Jacqueline Rios, LCSW. I provide therapy for adults and young children, helping individuals and families strengthen emotional regulation, improve day-to-day functioning, and create lasting change.
My background includes advanced training in early childhood mental health, including a fellowship through UCLA and specialized training in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT).
I use an integrative, evidence-based approach tailored to your needs, with a focus on both insight and practical change.
